Developer returns, made accessible
Parklands Property Group is the official name of our investment community, established in 2022 — but our members have been investing in housing developments together since 2016.
We acquire land in high-demand UK locations, take it through the planning system and deliver new homes. Most buyers purchase property at the most expensive stage — once it is built. Developers make their margin much earlier, through strategic land purchases and economies of scale on materials and construction.
Parklands opens up that stage to our community: pre-planning housing plots in well-connected locations, with a far more affordable build cost than building alone.

Dean Oakford
Dean Oakford founded the Parklands investment community in 2016 with a simple aim: give everyday investors access to the same land and development opportunities normally reserved for professional developers.
Working between London and Kuala Lumpur, Dean leads site acquisition, investor relations and the growth of the Parklands community, backed by a leadership team with a combined 40 years of real estate experience. Under his leadership the community has sold more than 1,000 housing plots across four projects.
